    Our complete refinishing process treats the entire wheel, all done in a climate controlled facility, not a trailer.

  • Step One

    Removing the wheels from your vehicle.

  • Step 2: Tire Work

    Our Italian-made tire changer can handle run-flats and low-profile tires without damaging the finish on your wheels.

  • Step 3: Inspection
    Step 3: Inspection

    The next step is to examine the wheel to determine the extent of any damage to the wheel such as bends or cracks.

  • Step 4: Repairs
    Step 4: Repairs

    Any straightening, rash repair or welding needed is performed at this stage. Wheels not requiring cosmetic repairs are now complete.

  • Step 5: Stripping The Wheel

    The old finish is removed from the wheel in this step plus any corrosion.

  • Step 6: Coating the wheel

    Depending on the style of wheel, a powder coat primer and/or color coat is applied during this step.

  • Step 7: CNC Machining

    Machine finish wheels are now machined to remove the paint on the face of the wheel and expose the underlying metal. Not all wheels require this step.

  • Step 8: Finish Coat

    As a finish coat, a clear powder coat finish is appled to the wheel. It looks brand new!

  • Step 9: Installing the tires

    We can install your tires without risking damage to your new finish!

  • Step 10: Installing The Wheels on the Car
    Step 10: Installing The Wheels on the Car

    Tires are mounted and balanced, installed and hand torqued on the car and it's ready to go.
